  3. Provide us the product SKU, the decoration style and your logo file as an EPS, Ai, or PDF preferred. Additionally, let us know if you have a packaging preference (if applicable)³. Feel free to also share an in-hands date if it applies.
  4. We will send you a complimentary proof and quote for review.
  5. Once you are ready to move forward, you approve the design and complete payment.
  6. We will then begin production on your project!

In the event that a requested product is unavailable, the proof provided may include similar alternatives or products recommended by our internal creative team as suitable alternatives

3. Not all products have options for customized packaging. Some items come with standard packaging and do not offer additional alternatives. We strive to provide clear and up-to-date information on each product, but occasionally, information may not be immediately updated.
